So exciting!

Our Community Read book, Fish in a Tree, inspired our latest 6th grade bulletin board. Mrs. Slattery's RAP group created it and asked all of the students to fill out a fish for the board. They had to either write a simile or describe a time when they have felt like Ally, the main character in the book.
I tweeted pictures of the board to Lynda Mullaly Hunt, the author, and she tweeted back!

There are still extra copies of the book available for parents to check out! It's an excellent story and I highly recommend it!
